Having lived in Boulder for just over a year, Klaus is a recent transplant from New York City, where she worked in the bustling bar and restaurant scene in the city that never sleeps for over 7 years. After living in New York for almost ten years, Klaus and her husband, Eric left for the greener mountains of Colorado. She started as a cocktail waitress with the W Hotels, learning about the art of mixology from some of the best bartenders in NYC. She spent three years helping to open an Irish bar called Donnybrook in the Lower East Side of Manhattan before moving on and helping with private events and nightlife at the Bowery and Empire Hotels in Manhattan. All of her experiences have made Klaus an expert in event planning and providing excellent customer service to restaurant and bar patrons.
