| Corrado Fasano was born and raised in Torino, Italy. Corrado enhanced his passion for fine wine and food at the Culinary Art School of Torino. For the next 10 years, Corrado perfected his skills at many world-recognized restaurants: Ristorante Del Cambio, Club Hotel, Jolly Hotel and Montepeciano Restaurant. In 1996 Corrado moved to Aspen, CO where he helped establish and manage L'Hostaria and La Baita restaurants. Two years later Corrado left Aspen to open Bácaro Venetian Taverna in the heart of Boulder, CO. To this day Corrado keeps close ties with his Italian background, which is reflected in Bácaro's exquisite Italian cuisine and drink selection. Corrado personally knows most of the winemakers on his extraordinary wine list. |
